Golf Betting Club Review
Outright and each-way across PGA, DP World and LIV, with in-play selections.
Every figure on this page is quoted from the linked source over the window that source published it. We do not restate anyone's record over a period they did not report, and where a service publishes nothing we leave the column blank rather than fill it in.
Verdict
The lowest ROI on the leaderboard and the most credible-looking self-reported record on it, for the same reason: it contains losing years. A service that publishes 2024 at -131 points is not curating its results table, and that buys more trust than a bigger number would. Read the yearly column before the headline, though: the whole +7.9% was earned in 2020-21, and the four years since come to -41 points.
The record
Golf Betting Club publishes its own tipping record: 563 points profit from 7,129 staked, a 7.9% ROI, across 4,571 bets since June 2020. Selections cover the PGA Tour, DP World Tour and LIV, in outright and each-way markets, with in-play betting making up a meaningful share of the staking plan.
The record is self-reported, which normally puts it at the bottom of our evidence hierarchy. Two things pull it back up. The first is the bet count - 4,571 selections is a serious sample. The second is that it includes losing years, and says so: 2024 at -131.18 points and 2025 at -85.02.
That is worth more than it looks. The cheapest way to inflate a self-published record is to start the clock after a bad run or quietly drop a bad market. A service showing you its two worst years in the same table as its best is not doing that, and the 7.9% is more likely to be what it says it is than a curated 30% from someone else.
The trade-off is that 7.9% is a thin edge. At that rate the variance in outright and each-way golf betting will dominate your experience for long stretches, and the subscription cost is a real drag on a return that size. Work out what the fees come to as a percentage of your expected turnover before subscribing - at a single-digit ROI that calculation decides whether the service is worth it far more than the edge does.
One flagged caution from independent coverage: the service has been running each-way selections on the DP World Tour at win odds north of 500, and has itself acknowledged those were not performing and would be reduced.
The single most useful thing on their record is not the headline at all - it is the year-by-year column underneath it. 2020 +365.55, 2021 +229.43, 2022 +8.19, 2023 +166.56, 2024 -131.18, 2025 -85.02. Almost the entire profit was made in the first eighteen months: 2020 and 2021 together are +594.98 points, and the four years since add up to MINUS 41.45. The +7.9% headline is real, and it is carried by a period that ended four years ago.
That is not an accusation of anything - they publish the yearly figures themselves, which is exactly why it is checkable, and plenty of good services go through four flat years. But a subscriber signing up on the strength of the headline should know they would have lost money over the last four calendar years of it, and no summary ROI can tell them that. Ask the same question of any service quoting a since-launch number, including ours.
Pros
- Publishes losing years rather than curating them out - 2024 -131.18, 2025 -85.02
- 4,571 bets since 2020, a genuinely large self-reported sample
- Covers PGA, DP World and LIV rather than one tour
- Both profit and staked totals published, so the ROI is checkable
Cons
- 7.9% is the thinnest edge on the leaderboard - subscription cost eats a lot of it
- Self-reported, not proofed by an independent party
- Two of the last two completed years were losing ones
- The four calendar years since 2021 total -41.45 pts - all the profit predates them
- Very long-odds each-way selections have underperformed by the service's own admission
Golf Betting Club FAQ
Is Golf Betting Club profitable?
On its own published record, yes overall: 563 points from 7,129 staked since June 2020, a 7.9% ROI. But the shape matters more than the total. 2020 and 2021 produced +594.98 points between them; 2022 to 2025 come to -41.45. Anyone who joined in 2022 has not made money.
Is Golf Betting Club's record independently verified?
The figures we quote are from the service's own published tipping record. It is self-reported rather than proofed, though the inclusion of losing years is a point in its favour.
Is a 7.9% ROI worth paying for?
It depends entirely on your turnover. At that rate the subscription fee is a large share of expected profit unless you are staking meaningfully. Do the arithmetic against your own stake before subscribing.
A note if you bet in the UK or Ireland
Golf Betting Club bets with British bookmakers, largely outrights and each-way. Golf Tipsters is a US service - top-finish markets in American odds at DraftKings, FanDuel and BetMGM - and each-way is not offered at US sportsbooks at all. If you are betting in the UK, our sister site GolfForecast covers that market properly.
