These terms apply when you use Golf Tipsters, including this website, our emails and our Telegram bot. By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your information.
Who we are
Golf Tipsters (www.golftipsters.com) is run by GolfForecast, which also runs golfforecast.co.uk. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean GolfForecast. You can contact us at info@golfforecast.co.uk.
Who can use Golf Tipsters
- You must be 18 or older. In the United States, you must be 21 or older.
- Betting on sport must be legal where you are. Check your local law before you bet.
- Keep your password to yourself. Golf Tipsters and GolfForecast share one account system, so the same email address and password work on both sites.
What Golf Tipsters is
- A tips service. We publish golf betting picks: top-finish bets, such as Top 5 and Top 10, for PGA Tour and DP World Tour events. Each pick comes with a suggested stake and a price.
- Picks come from a statistical model. They are our view of where the odds offer value. They are not certain to win.
- Our prices come from US sportsbooks and Kalshi at the time we check them. Prices change, and your bookmaker's price may be different.
- We are not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, hold your money, or place bets for you.
- Members get picks on the site and by email, and on Telegram if they connect it.
No guarantee of profit
Betting is risky. You can lose money, including over many weeks in a row. Past results do not tell you what will happen next.
We do not promise that following our picks will make you money. What you bet, and how much, is your decision. Suggested stakes are a guide only. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
Weeks with no picks
We publish picks most weeks, when the top-finish markets open. If our model finds no picks for a week, there are none to send that week. Your membership is billed on its usual dates whether or not a week has picks.
The PGA Tour and the DP World Tour take a break from mid-December to mid-January, so there are usually no picks then. Plans renew on their usual dates during the break. If you don't want to pay for that time, cancel before your renewal date: you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
The free trial
- New members get 1 month free. You add a card or other payment method when you start, and nothing is charged then.
- When the trial ends, your plan starts and we charge its price, unless you have cancelled.
- The trial is for new members only. If your account has had a membership before, on Golf Tipsters or on GolfForecast, there is no trial: your plan starts, and is charged, when you subscribe.
Plans, billing and renewal
- There are monthly, quarterly and yearly plans. The price, currency and billing period are shown at checkout before you start, and on your account page after.
- If the site is showing Australian settings when you subscribe, you are billed in Australian dollars. Otherwise you are billed in US dollars.
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and we charge the payment method on file, until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- If a payment fails, Stripe tries it again for a time, and you keep access while it does. You can update your card on your account page. If the payment does not go through, your membership ends and so does your access.
- If we change the price of your plan, we email you at least 30 days before your first payment at the new price, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time on your account page: go to Billing, choose "Cancel membership", then confirm. If you cannot do that, email info@golfforecast.co.uk.
- Monthly, quarterly or yearly plan: your plan stops renewing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you are not charged again.
- During the free trial: you are not charged, and you keep access until the trial ends.
- If your last payment failed: your membership and your access end straight away.
Cancelling does not delete your account. Turning off emails does not cancel your membership.
Refunds
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, so we don't refund part of a period. If we charge you by mistake, email info@golfforecast.co.uk and we'll refund it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Gambling involves risk. Please bet responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.

Limits of our liability
- Our picks, prices and results can contain mistakes, and prices can be out of date by the time you see them.
- As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from bets you place, or decisions you make, using our picks.
- As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by the site being unavailable, or by an email or message arriving late or not at all.
- If we are responsible to you for a loss, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to other sites, such as tipster services and help lines. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for them.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters to members, we email you before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
